Beskrivelse af eksamen: 3 hours written examination in lecturehall The project report has to submitted Friday in the second last week and will be presented orally in the same week as the written examination. Evaluation of the project work will be based on both the report and the presentation and these two parts will count equally in the 30% weight

Vægtning: 70% Writen Examination 30% Project Work

Kursets målsætning
This course is a natural sequence to "Food Markets & Organization". It provides advanced game-theoretic tools of I.O. Furthermore it goes beyond the structure-Conduct-performance paradigm into industrial policy analysis, competition & regulation and builds on applications to Danish and international food markets

Undervisningsform
The teaching is based on lectures that presents central elements of the course curricullum. Furthermore the students will work individual or in groups solving both practical and theoretical exercises. Also in groups the students will do project work under the supervision. There will be Food insustry visits duing the course.
