Course Content
Building up personal energy.
There are 24 hours a day and you cannot expand that in any possible way.
What we can do, is to put more quality and energy into these 24 hours.
Over 30 years of studies have shown that the most successful people have a specific recipe for being the best possible version of them.
The recipe is that they work with their personal energy at four different levels. You will be introduced to those 4 levels.

How to manage your energy?
With insight into the physiology and psychology of humans you will be better at developing yourself, your surroundings and your working life, without burning out in the process.

Teaching and learning Methods
Lectures and group work.

Learning Outcome
