| The course gives you the theoretical basis (as far as necessary) and the hands-on experience within the following areas: Calculation of linkage between two loci. Construction of a linkage maps. QTL analysis based on segregating populations (classical QTL analysis). QTL analysis based on historical crossing-over events (LD/association-mapping).
