Course Content | |
To provide knowledge on the digital image modalities CT and MRI. The physical principles of the two modalities will be taught as well as their indications, pros and cons. Interpretation of images from the modalities will be based on anatomical regions. Special emphasize will be placed on the thoracic CT, including cases of metastatic lesions, on the spine and vertebral column and on brains scans. The use of multiplanar reconstruction in CT will be included in the course. Conventional radiographs and special examinations (myolography etc) will be included when indicated | |
