Course AbstractMany PhD students find time management difficult as they at the same time need to manage a complex research project while they also need to participate in different training and educational activities. This 2-day workshop focuses on the basic project planning and management tools and is specially designed for PhD students. projects.

Teaching and learning Methods
The course is a mix of presentations, group assignments and staged assignments which underline important learning points. The course requires significant activity from the participants.
 
Learning Outcome
Participants will learn how important it is to think about project organisation with a clear division of responsibilities as well as suitable ways of communicating.
