Kursus resuméLandscape architecture is traditionally known as being a field using visual communication, and research theory and methodology is only a limited part of the education of most landscape architects. As much research has a risk of not being implemented in practice it is necessary for researchers to be aware of which strategies and tools are relevant to use for communicating results. This course aims at presenting, discussing and actively working with these strategies and tools in order for the PhD

Målbeskrivelse
The field of landscape architecture is traditionally known as being a field using visual communication, and research theory and methodology is only a limited part of the education of most landscape architects. Experience shows that practitioners neither have the time nor the motivation of reading scientific reports or papers, or even short communications. As much research has a risk of not being implemented in practice it is necessary for researchers to be aware of which strategies and tools are relevant to use for communicating results.

This course aims at presenting, discussing and actively working with these strategies and tools in order for the PhD students to improve their possibilities for reaching the practitioners.
